COVID-19 Protocol 

To our valued patients,

As you may already know, we closed our office in March to support Orange County’s efforts to “flatten the curve” of COVID-19. Following the recent changes in the state’s orders, we are excited to announce that our office is now open at a limited capacity.

We want to assure you that the health of our patients and staff is our highest priority—we are dedicated to following CDC guidelines and will be implementing a number of measures to ensure everyone’s safety:


All staff, patients, and visitors will be required to wear a mask in order to enter the office. Staff members who must be in close proximity to patients will be wearing an N95 or equivalent, and gloves will be worn by all.


If you are experiencing or have been exposed to anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days, or if you have traveled by plane in the past 14 days, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Patients will be screened over the phone and in-person, and all staff and patients will be required to take their temperature upon entering the office.


We will be decreasing the volume of patients seen per day, as well as limiting the traffic in and out of the office. Unless you are accompanying a patient who is a minor, we ask that you please arrive at your appointment alone. We will be limiting the number of people in the office at a time, therefore we may need you to wait in the main lobby of the building should our lobby be too full. If you are interested in purchasing products, please call us to place an order for curbside pick-up.


As always, treatment rooms will be thoroughly disinfected between patients. In addition, all high-touch areas such as countertops and door handles will be disinfected every half hour at a minimum.
