Thermage is a subtle procedure, and although dubbed by the media and sometimes promoted as the "Non Surgical Facelift", in reality the results cannot realistically be as dramatic as a surgical facelift that removes excess skin and repositions muscle. We promote Thermage for what it can do, and that's skin tightening.
